Like most websites we collect some visitor information to help us tell what bits of the site you like.  We don't set cookies but we might sometimes use popup windows to display information or a video that you've requested on the page.

We don't know who you are unless you tell us - by subscribing to Nico's newsletter or sending us an email with those details. We don't share your email address with anybody.

Responsible service of alcohol

We do not serve or sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. We recommend that if you drink you don't drive, and we're happy to offer the designated driver of your group free tea and coffee. We can arrange taxi transport for you if required.
